Quality control:

The Production process mainly include assebling,battery learning, Dispensing,packing.During these process,We will test the laptop batteries for about 4 times.After assebling the products,we will test it again in order guartee it is OK.After we finish the assebling.We will do battery learning test,Battery learning is a very important process.It seemed a battery doing charging,discharging on the original laptops.It will cost about 6~12 hours depending on the cells qty in each laptop battery.We could find many problems during this.After it finished the learning testing.We will test the laptop battery again. After the testing.We will despense the laptop.After the glue is dry,We will test it again.Then we will test all the laptop batteries on the original laptops.Then Afater finish all the above,We will pack the laptop batteries.
