Delivery Lead Time:

Usually 3-4 days after T/T payment confirmation or L/C arrival depending on order quantity;

Packing:

Factory standard packing:Each Unit packed in retail box,then in contons.

Customer Privite box: The print company require MOQ is 1000pcs for each size and the cost is depending on your design(There are about 5 sises for the retail box). We will charge the cost of the retail box .And send the balance sheet to you for the stock brand name retail box after each shipment .We will send you the notice when the stock list less than 300pcs . (That means we will manage the retail box and stock for you if you trust us . )

Customer private label with customer’s brand name or logo: we will charge USD 150.00 per model which you order first , But please don’t worry , when your quantity reaches up to 300pcs for one model.We will return the USD 150.00 to you.(In fact,the label will be free for you after the first turn of each model)

Warranty:

our return ratio is less than 0.2% according to our latest RMA statistics, but we still think that this ratio cannot meet our requirements on products quality. Our engineering team are working with his best effert to tackle the technical issues to control the RMA ratio within 0.1%. Based on trust, we will give new products replacement for factory defects after customers inform us about it without actually getting them back to China at first place, we will decide if it's worth sending them back after 1 years. Replacement will be shipped together with next coming shipment or according to customers' shipping instruction and the shipping cost outside Hong Kong will be paid by customers.

No battery pack will be accepted with unknown source or invalid serial number.

The return goods must be under 13 months warranty from shipment day.
